Learning how to use a Blog

Oh my has this been something that makes me feel less than smart! Learning to blog isn't easy. I think I am getting the hang of things, but I have had to a lot of googling to figure out many things such as changing my header and footer, templates, fonts. There should just be a "how to" manual out there. There probably is I just don't know it.
